Puppy Life Skills Class

For puppies up to the age of 6 months taking their first steps in to training. Take our 5 week Puppy Life Skills Class in a small group of 4 to enable close attention and focus on providing excellent science based training in a fun environment for owners too. Each class lasts approximately 1 hour.

Learn the basics as soon as your puppy is fully vaccinated. Skills such as keeping paws on the floor around your kitchen counters or at your front door.

Teach your puppy fabulous recall exercises that make coming back to you rewarding.

Take the first steps in working as a team on loose lead walking. Have a go at a ‘drop’ game, a very important skill for puppies who pick up stones, remote controls or socks.

Have a go at an emergency stop which is SO important for when you eventually let your puppy off-lead in a park or near water.

Learn the basic positions such as sit, down and stand, all of which vets and groomers will love you for. Get your puppy used to being handled and being comfortable with it.

Supported on your journey by a facebook group for YOUR class which stays open after the course so that you can continue to ask any questions.

Exactly the same Puppy Life Skills course as the group class but on a 1 to 1 basis at your home and out in real life locations such as your local park.

Our New Puppy Welcome Package is a 90 minute session at your home covering:

For puppies who have completed our Puppy Life Skills course, a 4 week improvers class to help puppies and owners continue on their training journey.

We teach your puppy to cope with distractions, develop their focus on you and strengthen the basic obedience skills learned in the life skills class.

We introduce tricks such as spin and twist and have a go at targeted emergency stops.

You are supported on your journey by a facebook group for YOUR class which remains open after the course has finished.

From £40 per hour

Designed exclusively for you and your puppy or dog, a 1-2-1 training session can take place online over Zoom, at your home, a local park or in a secure field to work on whatever training struggle you are experiencing.

Perhaps you want to learn new skills away from a class environment or at a pace that suits you.

1-2-1 training is perfect for those who prefer to learn new skills in a focused, personalised session that suits JUST YOU!
